Hey 👋

I'm keeping this one short because I'm currently elbow-deep in the trenches with founder meetings.

But I need to tell you something that might save you months of wasted effort →

Most crowdfunding campaigns don't fail because of bad videos or small audiences.

They fail way earlier than that.

They fail the moment you pick the wrong platform.

If you're selling shares on a platform built for cute gadgets? Painful.

If you're selling products on a platform full of SaaS and fintech bros? Also painful.

Here's the very rough rule of thumb:

If you’re pre-revenue or product heavy? You're probably rewards-based (think Kickstarter vibes).

If you’re £50K+ ARR and actually scaling? You're probably equity-based (Seedrs, Crowdcube territory).

Get that match wrong and you're fighting uphill from day one. With your hands tied behind your back. While wearing stilettos. (Cute but still painful)

Quick Update on what’s happening here

I've opened up a Founders Lab to work 1:1 with a tiny group of women gearing up to crowdfund this year.

Two spots are taken. One left. Then I'm closing the doors for this round.

Which means I'm about to go a bit quiet in your inbox. Not disappearing. Not pivoting, Just focusing.

Here's the deal:

I'm switching to twice a month instead of weekly. Same behind-the-scenes crowdfunding intel, but now it'll be fueled by what's actually happening inside the Lab in real time.

So you've got two options:

Jump into the Lab and get the hands-on support.

Or stay here and watch the playbook get built from the front row.

If you want that last spot, you need to be at £50K+ ARR and actually serious about crowdfunding.

Hit reply and tell me:

  1. Company + what you sell (1 sentence)

  2. Current ARR + your last 3 months growth

  3. Which crowdfunding route you’re considering (equity) and why

  4. Your target raise + what it unlocks

  5. Website + LinkedIn

That's it.

I'll be back in a couple weeks with updates from inside the Lab and the usual crowdfunding plays.

I'm not going anywhere. Just digging deeper so what lands in your inbox is actually worth opening..
